Project Vote Smart
Project Votesmart calls itself "the Voter's Self-Defense System." They provide voters with tons of important information about candidates, and ask candidates to fill out a biographical profile, and a "Political Courage Test," which asks them quite concretely (through multiple choice answers) which positions they support. All five candidates running for the HD-6 seat have told the Denver Post that they would be happy to fill out the test. Presumably, they have thought long and hard about their positions, and are prepared to defend them.
